There are none, his body of work is too vast.
Still, the two I recommend are "Bruce Cockburn Live" from 1990 and "Anything, Anywhere, Anytime -- The Singles" from 2002.
If you want to collect individual releases you should start with "Humans" (1980) or "Dancing in the Dragon's Jaws" (1979) -- these are available in 2002+ remixes, and more recently "The Charity of Night" (1996 and my favorite) and then "Nothing But a Burning Light" (1991) and "Dart to the Heart (1994).
That should get you started.
