    Richard Thompson coming to Cincinnati Tuesday Feb. 5

    Richard Thompson is bringing his 1000 Years of Popular Music to the Seton Performance Hall Tuesday Feb. 5 at 8:00 PM. Thompson takes you an a musical Magical journey, literally coving 1000 years of music. He begins in 1069 with The Sumer isa Cumin In, the first known song with English lyrics and cascades through Pirate shanties, minstrels and Broadway. Rolling Stone Magazine writes, “This show proves 2 things: Richard Thompson can play anything from 13th Century rounds and Minesri ballads to Abba and Squeeze; and he can make anything rock!”
