I’ve been a huge fan since the mid-60’s at Carter Barron ampitheater in D.C. I’ve lost count of the # of times I’ve seen you — the last time in Wisconsin Dells.
Get well soon! It sucks to be ill. I know.
All my best wishes and love,
Alice

Mary, even though I don’t know you, we are “old friends”. I have known you all my life and had the pleasure of watching your performance at Pine Knob in Michigan many, many years ago. I now live in the Nashville area and am hoping to see you again soon (I would be willing to travel 500 miles!). Love and peace to you! See you soon my friend!

Mary, I’ve been a fan of yours since “Puff”. I understand a lot of what you have been going through as my mother, grandparents, and now my son, have fought cancer My son Daniel (who loves PP&M!)has been on Chemo for over 5 months and can’t take it any longer. He has asked his doctor to stop the treatment. If the chemo doesn’t (or hasn’t)work he’ll require either a bone marrow or stem cell transplant. You will be in my prayers Mary!

Dear Mary,
I am a daughter of the ’60’s and see the same things happening today. I still feel the support in your songs for the beliefs of peace and human rights. I am praying for you as you are the candle for freedom. Much love, Joan Keith

Dear Mary: I am thinking of you with so much love. From my adolescence you, Peter and Noel Paul have helped shape my life.
Who else could channel Edna St. Vincent Millay, Jean Sebalius, Bob Dylan and John Denver?
Thank you a million times for the joy you have brought me.
I pray for your recovery with all my heart. Bless you.

Mary, I’ve been privileged to hear you and the fellas for years. I’m a singer/songwriter myself, and I was fed on all the good stuff you’ve been dishing us. I still sing along at the top of my lungs every chance I get - except for “home is where the heart is” which I can’t get through without choking up! The last time I saw youwas at the Op in Gravenhurst,ON shortly after 9/11, and your music had a new urgency - after all these years I felt like it was a plea like never before, for all of us to believe, to stand up, to live in love. Please know that we believe in you, stand up for you, and that you are so very loved.

Dear Mary: I saw you in person back in the 1980’s when you were visiting the UCLA Campus and spoke to some of assembled in the area ourside the Music Building to show your support for those of us who were involved in groups that were working towards educating the public about violence against women. I was so thrilled because you have been one of my favorite vocalists for a long, long time. I was born in the 1930’s and you have always been a shining star! I know in my heart that you will continue to perform and sing for many years to come. I had breast cancer 30 years and the prognosis was not good, as I had extensive involved of the lymph glands and was giving a year to live! But here I am, 30 years later and I know you will be around for 30 years more, also! Much heartfelt wishes for your continued good health! Love and Peace, Barbara Cloud

Dear Mary…you, Peter, and Paul have stood so much taller than any of the rock stars of today and yesteryear; I have literally followed your careers since Blossom Music Center days here in Ohio, you have inspired myself and others to strive for the light that you claim we all are: that we are all ‘that answer blowing in the wind’, as are you, Mary Travers=peace, strength, and love to the PPM trio, as well as the fans….Blessed Be!

Hi Mary,
I enjoy your music. You guys are a great folk group. I watch my videos of you guys almost every week. I will keep praying for you. My favorite song is This Land Is Your Land. My dad passed away this year and you guys were on tape at the service singing Blowin’ In The Wind. I also like Puff
